Une monnaie, un monde

Alors que Genève s’apprête à accueillir la deuxième édition de Building Bridges Week qui vise à accélérer le financement de la transition écologique. Or, selon la CNUCED, il manquerait 2’500 milliards de dollars par an pour atteindre les ODD. S’agit-il d’un problème d’échelle qui pourrait être résolu par la multiplication des fonds d’impact ? Mais si cela ne suffisait pas, comment financer ce solde si ce n’est en « produisant » de la monnaie ?
Mais au fait qu’est-ce qu’une monnaie ?
